JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead a Luxury Optical Store in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail store management, specifically in the optical or luxury retail industry, with a proven track record of driving sales, managing high-performance teams, and ensuring a premium customer experience. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the outlet, aligning with the brand’s commitment to excellence and personalized service.
Store Operations Management:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning of all departments.
Maintain visual merchandising and store aesthetics in line with brand standards.
Ensure adherence to all SOPs, operational processes, and health & safety guidelines.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive store sales and achieve/exceed monthly revenue targets.
Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve performance.
Develop local marketing initiatives and community engagement to boost footfall.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Plan and conduct regular training for team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and operational excellence.
Create a positive and goal-driven store culture.
Customer Experience:
Deliver a personalized and luxurious customer journey, from consultation to post-sales follow-up.
Handle high-profile clients and customer escalations with professionalism and care.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat clientele.
Inventory & Vendor Management:
Monitor stock levels, place orders timely, and manage vendor relationships.
Conduct regular audits to prevent shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory.
Educational Background:
Degree in Optometry or a Management degree in Sales/Retail Management.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Optical Retail, with at least 2+ years in a Store Manager role for a renowned retail or luxury brand.
Strong understanding of optical products, lenses, and customer consultation processes.
